Enroll or Change Product

You can use the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, Direct Energy, at (866) 968-8065, to enroll in any of Bedford Community Choice Electricity products or change your product. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles to complete enrollment.

Please note: If you are a new medium, large or very large business customer, or have previously opted out of the Program, the supplier has the option to offer a market price. Market prices will be offered by the electricity supplier in writing, and you will not be enrolled in that price unless you affirmatively accept.
