Due to a change in the Eversource billing system you will now need your 11 digit account number and 8 digit service reference number to enroll in the program. You can see a sample bill with the service reference number on the second page here.
Unable to find the service reference number on your bill? You can contact the supplier, NextEra, at (855) 639-8185 for questions about enrollment.
Be sure to use the name and service address associated with your electricity account. If the program supplier is unable to find your account in the system (i.e., you are not a current program participant), they may reach out to you by email or phone.
The current Bedford CCA Program pricing is fixed until November 2024 with supplier NextEra Energy Services. New pricing with a new supplier will take effect in November and be fixed until December 2027. The enrollment form will be available with the new supplier again in October.
